Unveiling Esteban’s Data Wizardry

Hello, my name is Esteban, I consider myself an inquisitive individual since when I was 6-7 years of age I always liked to figure out how things worked.  I tore many electronic devices apart to understand how they functioned and what was the logic behind how they operated.  Due to this trait and the fact that I have always been curious, I consider myself as someone who strongly believes in the scientific method.   
 
With over 10 years of experience in data analytics and 8 years leading different multimillion-dollar projects and teams, I consider myself with an extensive understanding of how to get the job done. Regarding my credentials, I possess a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s degree in Data Analytics from GMU.
 
During my career, I also have had the rewarding opportunity to lead individuals by example and as well as mentoring for growth, coaching for performance improvement, or guiding them through change.
Currently, I work as a Senior Business & Analytics Manager at Foundever which is a Global leader in customer service leading a team of 5 business analysts for our top 5 clients based in North America. 
Amongst our tasks and what our team does is Data Cleaning/Transformation / Data Pipelines / Data Visualization and Data Analytics. In addition to these tasks, we also work on leading ongoing projects related to Data Analytics to improve efficiencies within our department and other business units we support.  All of this is achieved through great partnerships and communication across the different areas the company has by setting correct expectations to make sure deliverables are met.
